Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a bit mixed. The room was different from the pictures shown but had very comfortable single beds, though having two seemed unnecessary. The service was a bit rude and lacked positive vibes, though housekeeping was helpful. The location was perfect in terms of proximity to tourist sights and city center, but I didn't feel safe. The dining options were good with a variety of choices, and the facilities were adequate.
The hotel is located near public transport and the main railway station, but the neighborhood feels unsafe and uncomfortable. The rooms, although in an old building without a lift, were equipped with a fridge and a safe-deposit box for free. The dining experience offered a fantastic selection of meat, cheese, pastries, and cereals; however, some side dishes were lacking. The service was friendly and efficient, with staff speaking proper English.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were fitted with good quality bathroom fittings and were clean, though a bit small. The service was a mix of helpful and friendly interactions with a few unattentive moments. The location, while close to the central station and some cool districts, had a view that made me feel a little unsafe. The dining experience offered good variety but could use more options. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
